Our menu focuses on globefish cuisine and delivers a range of seasonal flavors.
The Bungo Channel, sandwiched between the islands of Kyushu and Shikoku, is known as one of the best fishing sites in Japan. It, along with the waters surrounding Kyushu, provides some of the finest tiger globefish. Working with these premier ingredients, our chefs bring out their flavor to the fullest and deliver exquisite dishes to your table.
From early summer through fall, we offer conger eel, fresh eel, soft-shelled turtle, free-range Miyazaki chicken, and handmade soba made with flour ground in-house.
Enter the shop and be greeted by sunken table seating, private rooms with tables and chairs, as well as counter seating for the solo diner.
